Salita plans to grow its hospitality revenues via the following areas:


Acquisition and development of real estate properties in urban centers into either franchised or independently flagged hotels. Specifically those where there is an opportunity for adaptive re-use (i.e. converting existing commercial or apartment buildings to hotels).

Ground-Up development of flagged hotels in locations with a depth of demand generators in market and under supply of product within market.

Site Search and Selection

Salita is constantly looking for and evaluating new hotel development sites using established criteria to measure the likely performance of these proposed projects. A combination of in-house knowledge and support and corroboration from established hospitality consultants makes certain projects are thoroughly vetted prior to development. Salita does an in-depth analysis of potential hotel sites located in prime tourist and commercial areas that lend themselves to the development of a hotel product that relates to the surrounding community.
